1 deal with it by being able to distinguish between the two. The two groups are very distinct and its very easy to distinguish which one is which, the same way its easy for us to distinguish between a deobandi and barelwi.

Sometimes it's hard to distinguish because there's different types of Salafis whose positions in Deen are not clear.

2 you believe salafis are kafirs in the same category as ahmadiyyah? On what basis?

All salafis don't hold the same beliefs so you can't make a general statement like that. I'm referring to those beliefs that are not in line with Ahlus Sunnah wal jama'ah like not negating Jism for Allah, subjecting Allah to occurrences etc.

You should also be cautious about labeling or questioning others with/about takfir.
