Don't trust wikipedia but lets go with this....

The sex ratio for the entire world population is 101 males to 100 females

Andorra has one of the hightest ratio at 1.07

I will await people to prove statistically that the ratio of women in the world is "Massively" high...

I highly doubt there is any credible evidence for there being massively more women in the world. I think this claim is made by some people to justify polygamy. I have my doubts on the authenticity of such a claim or whether or not it has been made up to support polygamy.

Also, here is an article from the economist which hints to there being more boys then girls in India!
