Basically we can say that it's not true that there are massively more women than men in the world; there isn't much to argue about this.

So, we should all agree that the best thing will be to avoid any mention of this point (which is factually untrue) while discussing poliginy.





That's very interesting, could you please find out the source of this interpretation and its status amongst the scholars?



Heard it from a Shaykh Hamza Yusuf lecture from way back in the day when he was always talking about Dajjal and stuff; he mentioned it as one of the opinions held by classical scholars
