generally qunut nazila is done when there is some problem in the ummah,so i think some imaams in some masajids read qunoot in every salah ,last rakah,and i assume dat is qunut nazila-coz wat the muslims are facing in palestine etcc...
other than that qunoot is only in fajr..if i get the hadith and sharah with dalail ill give ,gotu check my books..
