So, qunut is only recited in the last rakaat of Salat in Fajr and Salat Witr? How if one recites qunut in other prayers? I've also heard that there's a type of qunut which is called nazilah. What is that?

It is a strongly emphasised sunnah in the Fajr. When done, the Qunut Nazila is after the ruku' in the last rak'a.
