If you were a moderator. What you would do ?

PS: I didn't create this thread to have some fun. I am doing some research work. So, please write a genuine answer.

Shaykh (Mufti) Shafi (RA) wrote that the way to run an organisation or a state is not to have extensive laws and then have trouble with enforcement and interpretation of these laws RATHER to have simple laws but stringent and uniform enforcement. So I would greatly reduce the rules, make them simpler but enforce them uniformly.
