Regarding running, etc, these are all good things for they make you fit and healthy. Swimming is good too. Watching sports however, is a complete waste of time, not to mention the fact that you may see people with their body uncovered and televised matches always have music at some point and camera shots of women, etc. Hence, its best to stay away

Also, people should not watch tv in general, for various reasons that also apply to televised sporting events
