i was more concerned about the sitting position affecting the validity of my salah? if i get a cramp during prayer isit better to break the salah and redo it once cramp has gone or continue even if i can't sit in the correct position?

i drink between 1litre to 1.5litre of water everyday

i think i have poor blood circulation to the feet, and possibly to the head also as i get occasional vertigo attacks which have also in the past caused me to break my salah as it was impossible for me to stand in one place
I can't sit in certain positions for more than 5-10minutes without my leg becoming numb and my hands and feet are usually cold in comparison to everyone else

what kind of foot exercises will help? i do a bit of brisk walking everyday, i even get cramps in the middle of the night so i have to get up sometimes and walk it off because it doesn't go away otherwise
