Sister,

As I understand it, adjustments you have to make due to your physical condition do not nullify your salat. Sick or disabled Muslims are allowed to modify their movements and postures during the prayer to accommodate their current physical disabilities.

But you need to submit yourself to a complete physical exam and a blood work-up--i.e., glucose, thyroid, iron, etc--to determine the cause of your symptoms, in case you have a condition that needs to be treated with medication.

Please post a follow-up of your progress.

i do get my blood tested regularly as i had some problems in the past but recently my results have been coming clear alhamdulillah

ive had the cramps problem and dizziness for quite some years although it does not happen on a very regular basis

cramps are a couple of times a month but on that same day i will get the cramp several times mostly in the feet

dizzyness is once every couple of months

i told my doctor about the dizziness, she sort of said there isnt really a cure and that i am just an unlucky person
