i think i have poor blood circulation to the feet, and possibly to the head also as i get occasional vertigo attacks which have also in the past caused me to break my salah as it was impossible for me to stand in one place
I can't sit in certain positions for more than 5-10minutes without my leg becoming numb and my hands and feet are usually cold in comparison to everyone else

what kind of foot exercises will help? i do a bit of brisk walking everyday, i even get cramps in the middle of the night so i have to get up sometimes and walk it off because it doesn't go away otherwise
Have you been tested for both diabetes and hypothyroidism?

You might talk to your doctor about if compression hose might help with your poor blood circulation.

Also, vitamin E might help with the cramps.

As for the foot exercises: This site provides some good ones: http://www.sportsinjuryclinic.net/cy...engthening.php

Also pointing and flexing. As you point or flex, hold the position. Another fun thing you can do is to draw the alphabet with your foot (only moving the ankle and foot).
