i get cramps in my feet quite often and they can last a while up to 5/10 minutes
I get these in prayer sometimes when i go into sujood, when my foot is bent whilst going into sujood (toes pointing toward qiblah) i can't straighten it because it hurts too much

what should i do in this situation sometimes if i am supposed to sit after sujood i can't straighten my foot so i have to sit with my feet how they are in this image

bent with toes pointing towards qiblah
is this ok?

I have a similar problem and unlike what people on SF think I naturally have very low blood pressure combined with circulation problems in lower back which means that whenever I sit on the floor I get tingling, numbing and cramps etc...

I fell from my bike and dislocated my ankle so can't bend the foot properly because it hurts like anything...

So I have no choice but to place my feet as "best as I can".

For some people, the fitter they get the worst the problem gets because their resting heart-beat slows down thereby making it harder for the blood to reach the edges of extremites. When extremely fit if they sit still for a few minutes and then get up (quickly) they may get dizzy (because the blood doesn't reach the brain fast enough)

That's my issue, your issues are probably due to age.

The only "exercise" which you want to try is "Tai Chi" to enhance your circulatory system.
