Asalam Alykum brother..

1. Our prophet SAW disliked 2 sounds, one of extreme joy and happiness and one of grieve and crying. We are advised to always take the middle course
2. If you are doubtful of something, better not to do it. Dont be in the grey zone. Even if its your tickling issue, dont do it just to be on safe side.
3. When one mention something 2 or 3 times, it means he thinks about it. You mentioned "sexual approach" to tickling. I think, if its in your subconscious mind, this tickling might lead to such behaviour, so better avoid it.
