in darul uloom we used to massage our techers' feet or backs on occasion, and were encouraged to do this for our fathers (but not mothers for unstated reasons...). a massage is completely reasonable. but tickling is kind of strange....im not sayign never do it but i can never remember having done it to a male adult .

Agreed, if one feels sexual stimulation or desire then one must not get massaged by that particular person.
