Assalam Alaikum.

It is a major sin (gunah-e-kabeera) to call any muslim kafir.

No matter, how bad or secular ANP is, they call themselves muslims.

Wa Alaikum Aslaam Wah RahmatAllah,

What ever munafiq name is, if he kill one Muslim or order to kill one Muslim or convinced to others for kill one Muslim he is murderer of Muslim and murderer of Muslim is kaffir until judgment day Allah will decide to where will his actual place for next life.
