I have the doubt. If one enters halalah with intention without expressing, still is it not making fun of the system for everyone can have this niyyat and keep entering new marriage contract and asking for divorce which is sort of making fum of the marriage contract? Just niyyat aur expression me kia diference when halalah will occur? Many times sins occur out of mere intentions. I am not getting this whole thing
