but it can vary from society to society and from family to family how reality is set without making anything against islam. So Islam has flexibility. So question should be asked according to the situation. If some one has taken the responsibility of both inside and outside, others need not follow that. Ruling is given for specific situation. But the modern society aims at bringing the women totally out of their houses and they want to move along with others.

Normally I say, "you start with a hobby, or rather to prove yourself, then it becomes your RESPONSIBILITY", a point of no return.
