Dallas, TX (near Bayiinah Institute) and over around San Francisco (near Zaytuna College) both have good muslims communities. Zaytuna's old location is actually going to be turned into a gated muslim community apparently (I don't much like that idea, but still). I've never visited either of these places, but I have heard others speak of what good communities they have.
