Assalamu galaykum, brothers and sisters...

Where can i find Islamic financial institution, organization or banks which provides Muslims with non-interest loans?
i want to borrow some money.

is it OK for any Muslims to borrow? whats the condition? and how could i touch them?

i am live in china, there is no such no-usury banks...or Islamic bank etc.
