Plz give a proof of Dua Gunjul Arsh and who named it ? and why it's Dua Gunjul Arsh?

The du'a is but a recitation of Allah(SWT) Beautiful Names.

The name by which the du'a is called is immaterial. It is the contents of the du'a that matters.

The proof can only be personal. Read it regularly, and enjoy the benefits arising of one's endeavour to please Allah(SWT). That would be the proof.

But as we say, if one has doubts, then leave it. Such an action is also rewarding.
