Hi,
As a Muslim we believe that everything happen in our life is already decided and written in our destiny. I want to know one thing about which i am confused that if someone is doing gunah in his life and then he got some kind of signal from Allah and he say Tauba from this gunah from his heart. But still cannot get peace of mind and satisfaction and pray to Allah that show him the path Allah chosen for him and attract his heart towards that path and Allah showed him a path then he realized that it is the same path on which he was walking before. what should he do if Allah has brought him again on the same path. He tried his best to change the things but unable to do it and every time remain unsuccessful. should he let him go according to the time as if something is written in your destiny it will happen you cant change it. What to do in that case.

Destiny is of two types sister; one the destiny of Allah's fore-knowledge and this cannot be changed, but there is another destiny which can be changed, and Allah changes this due to our prayers and actions, for example, Allah increases a persons life-span if he looks after an orphan and also we can supplicate to ALlah for ALlah to erase any bad he has written for us in our destiny and write good in it instead

Allah has clarified the right and wrong path for us and it is upto us to stay on the right path sister and if we go on the wrong path we ourselves are to blame; this type of astraying cannot be put down to 'ALlah's destiny' [the type where Allah has ordered us on to it and where we have no choice about it] for indeed we have a choice about it and we will be on the wrong path due to our wrong doings and us not remaining steadfast, or trying hard enuogh to stay on the right path

so try your best to stay on the Islamic path sister, where you are obeying ALlah's commandments and following the Sunnah of the prophet [Saw] and inshALlah if you take one step towards ALlah, ALlah will take ten steps towards you, i.e He will help you a great deal
