How does it matter. Was it not possible by men?

Men are good cooks too. So shall we switch responsibilities.

Ah, men are very good cooks, often better than women!
There is nowhere written that woman must cook at home, even we like very much this activity - even not all of us. I can ensure you I realize my responsibility toward my family, and our natural tendences to be more servis minded and helpfull, but I dont understand about resistance in society not accept the leadership.
The rope betweem man and woman is invisible. Only allah knows the best. We are not encouraged to take resposiblity of leadership as that is very difficult role, I would also use expression - we are discouraged - which I can very easily accept. But it is not forbiden.
