Yes, I know, but it is not said that woman must take all task directly and also that sharing of tasks is not appreciated. I think it is more social question.
I do not question role of woman in house, but it can vary from society to society and from family to family how reality is set without making anything against islam.

But leadership is a highly responsible position carrying huge tasks that it can't be adjusted like day to day life inside the house. If inside the house, a woman gets sick or tired, men can help them and even in their daily tasks, man can help them out of love and affection and Prophet SAW used to do some house hold work too but leadership is an entirely different thing for it is best suited for men and may be women can give suggestion if they are asked for but taking the position by herself as a leader is not fitting to her and so I think there can't be any argument if she has to be a leader or not. Allahu alam.
