Tableeghi Jamaat and Wahabis in Ahadith Due to objections from Tablighi Jamaat and Wahabis He has made a particular reference to the Wahhabi/Tableeghi Movement.
السلا م عليكم

As if these misleading Barewli oriented material available in sites like Islamic Academy are not enough, perhaps justice now will be done with this futile cut and paste exercise to emphasize the fact that people in the Tableeghi Jamaat 'are indeed the mischief mongers' as foretold in those hadith. And perhaps members of SF forum are naive and ignorant of these facts (pun intended), this brother has taken upon himself and deemed necessary to do this exercise again to drive the point home.

First of all, will this brother care to enlighten us what is his intention in copy pasting these material that are readily available in various sites? What necessitated the stirring of hornest nest that is bound to create controversy, arguments and counter arguments which have been done many times even in this forum in the past. Probably same very people who are tired of refuting these allegations will have to don the mentle again to stand up to the challenge. Cycle will go on and then again repeat after sometimes.

Just one question, since when and by whom the Tablighee Jamaat is identified with Wahabi movement? Answer to this very question will perhaps make the application of these Hadith for this Jamaat redundant.

Come here to Saudi, where allegedly Wahabi terms are identified with and see for yourself whether the Tablighi Jamaat anyway resembles the so called Wahabi anything. Majority of Ulemas here are still against Tablighi Jamaat baring a few.

I am very sad to see a highly respected brother of SF bringing up this topic that will ultimately generate futile arguments and counter arguments, wasting times of forum members that could have been better utilized discussing other pressing issues facing the Ummah.

The OP brother may perhaps care to elucide this ignorant soul if the motive is something nobler than what my thick brain could perceive. Or pehaps my comments are at the most imprudent!

I ask forgiveness for any offence made by my comments.
