I thought Sheik Abdul Rahman Al-Sudais was Hanbali. Anyways its sad to see the disunity of our Ummah.

He is Hanbali, the term hanbali and salafi have become synonymous. Saudi arabia I heard is majority Hanbali in fiqh. However they are often referred to as Salafi's because all though they predominately follow the Hanbali madhab, they also take opinions from other madhabs. That's what I was told.
