Obviously he is referring to those sufiya who base their writings on Quran and sunnah.

It was not that obvious to me, in fact he did not even say that in the 1st post so how was i to know? Does every one not say they are of the Quran and Sunnah i.e. Salafi, Deobandi, Barelwi. Do all three groups, their "writings", follow Quran and Sunnah like they say they do? It would be interesting to contrast Salafi texts with Barelwi ones both SAY they are upon the Quran and Sunnah. Do you see my point?
