Assalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullah,

Just a few questions inshaAllah:

1) If the beard falls outside the perimeter of the face e.g. hanging from chin or jawline, is it obligatory to wash over the outer part of it?

2) During the rubbing of the beard and the wiping of the head in wudoo', a few hairs might come off. Provided one was not doing this extra vigorously, will this be excusable during hajj (i.e. when one is the state of ihraam)?
