This is upsetting but after all they are humans, so not perfect. Hence forgive them for the sake of Allah and keep doing the effort for the sake of Allah.
This is how Shaitan creeps in and create hatred between people. Anyway I use to have same complaints to TJ brothers so one elder advised me and related an incident to me a while back. Will try to explain to best of my memory.
Probably in Nizamudin Delhi, while 4month joor. An individual who spent 4m complained to Maulana Ahmed Laat Sab about other 4m brothers.
Molana requested to wait and said that complaint will be heard once the bian is over. He again interrupted after few minutes. So molana sahib stop and said .
1-All attendees who have spent 1 year or 4 months please stand up. Almost everyone stood up.
2- Then he said, out of these, who spend 40 days every year regularly remain standing, rest of the people sit down. Many people sat down.
3- Then he said out of these who are standing, those who spend 2.5 hours daily tarteeb remain standing and others sit down. Only few people were left standing.

Then molana sahib said, these are the people who are doing the effort as instructed by us. If you have complaint against any of these standing ones, we are ready to compensate.
The others are not doing the effort the way they are asked to do, so we are not responsible for their actions.

Although doing effort of deen is responsibility of every Muslim but these days if any one spend only three days he considers himself as the best tablighee and people also thing that he is an angle not human.

Again I request you to forgive them for the sake of Allah and keep doing the effort for the sake of Allah.
