Address the issue raised and do not use suppostion to divert from the original objection. I think some of the other contributer already stated the fallacie of this kaffirs objection. So why are you talking about a physician friend. Why not approach Hamza Trotsy or Adam Deen who can articulte this in english. They are easily approachable.
By the way Are you a muslim or just pretending to be one. If you are not, then this highlights onece again the nature of kuffur (who covers the truth).

I know this brother. Don't be harsh with him, he's a brother looking to convert he's not here to cause trouble but to instead clear some of his doubts! These are not HIS arguements but arguements put forward to him to make him doubt.
