The miracle of the Quran isn't based on embryology. Because the miracle of the Quran isn't based on embryology it is possible for people before the Quran, to know about embryology.

What I've heard from the scholars is that the Quran is a linguistic miracle.

Another miracle of the Quran is that it is the only book that has been 100% preserved in its wording and sound. For example the greek new testament, they are unsure if the modern way of pronouncing some words is the exact way the early Christian pronounced it.

Nothing has been changed.
