no sister she cannot lead them. basically if they prayed behind her, their salat will be invalid. What is best that she shows them how to pray. and then they pray 1 man behind the other man. In order to address the issue of new muslims who may not know how to pray.

you should look up the bear minimum fard and wajibat of salat so they can offer that. I will

try to post something from the hanafi madhab later on it.
