I am sure most of u must have done with your appraisal.
Here we have accounting fiscal year from April to March. Therefore performance appraisal of all employees is done in the month of April. Even if the appraisal is done biannual, the appraisal done in the month of April is imp. vis a vis to promotion and remuneration.
My appraisal will be read tomorrow. Pls make dua for it.
I have observed that all my colleagues are so nervous regarding it and discussing about its result all the time.

The impact of this appraisal is nothing in comparison to the appraisal to be done in the qayamat.

In the maidan-e-hashr everyone will be appraised and questions will be asked about one´s life, youth, knowledge and wealth.*

To makeup for failed worldy appraisal we will get another chance but there won't be second chance in the maidan-e-hashr and replying to munkar-nakir's question in the grave.

May Allah Ta'ala keep us always striving for the final appraisal in the life hereafter.
