Changing one's diet to include primarily fruits and vegetables, especially when fasting, can be very beneficial. Also, drink milk at suhoor and at futoor; there will be much benefit.

for the suggestions. I definitely need to include more fruits and vegetables into my diet. I don't usually drink much milk, so perhaps adding more of it will also help .

May Allah bless you with Shifa-e-Kaamila sister. What you are describing is known as Typical or Classical Migraine and such headaches are often brought on by fasting. What you need to do is visit a good Consultant who will take you on a course of medicines which we call "Migraine Prophylaxis", usually a beta blocker combined with an anti histaminic. This will prevent your headache from starting, Inshallah. Another good idea would be to take an Aspirin or a Paracetamol tab with your Suhur. Also drink lots of liquids after iftaar.

for your suggestions and for your dua.
I'll have to make an appointment with my doctor .
I get headaches often but I never think to see my dr. about them unless I actually have one, and by the time I can see my dr. it's gone. Then I don't think about it again until the next time....

Until I can get an appointment I'll start with all that I've been suggested(fruits & vegetable, milk, tylenol with Suhur, and liquids after iftaar).

Jazak Allah Khayr for all the kindness and help I've received here. And I apologize if I derailed your thread Brother Abu Tamim.
