should 8 year olds be made to pray isha and fajr when isha is very late and fajr is very early?

walaykum salam in my opinion i read a hadiths more or less make ur children pray at 7 and beat them for not observing when they are 10 so i think u should still make them pray at the farz for practice i guess (just my opinions)
