Did Allah create the throne or is it eternal?

It's created.

Quran says Allah created the heavens and earth so why is Allah in his creation? Unless I missed something out and Allah is in another uncreated heaven.

Also how can these things contain Allah when he is the all powerful and eternal?

ALLAH

is NOT inside his creation and believing otherwise is clear cut disbelief! ALLAH

is NOT contained by anything!

How can the heaven and throne hold Allah and how can they be eternal and seperate from him?

The heaven and the throne do not hold ALLAH

... ALLAH

is not in need of anything or anyone, rather the whole creation is in need of him!

A brother told me that Allah is in the heavens and sitting on the throne.

ALLAH

is above the heavens, risen above the throne in a manner that suits him.
