So are there any obligations in the name??

Mohammed (The most praised one) name of our prophet Alaihi salaat wa salaam.
Akbar - Big (in many aspects) depends up on context.
Shoaib - Name of another prophet Alahi salaam.
Khan - Just a sur name - Actual meaning is head of house hold or of a clan in farsi/pushto -- comes from Mongols.

Having said this, I will let you decide. Personally I would drop Khan. And arrange to Mohammed Shoaib Akbar.
