This is not correct brother.
وَلِلَّهِ جُنُودُ السَّمَـوَتِ وَالاٌّرْضِ

But in essence, you are right, because Allah 's dominion is not contingent on whether He has armies or not.

Good to know you liked my writing brother. And as you know "Musheer" means consultant so Allah doesn't need any mashwara from anyone to run his kingdom and he doesn't need armies to rule over us unlike the worldly kingdoms etc.
