Assalamu Alaikum brother,

Is Shaykh Dhuha (db) an Aamil? Can you tell me more about him? He is a khalifa of Shaykh Akthar (db)?

He isn't an Aamil but he is a Shaykh and yes he is the Khaleefa of Hakeem Akhtar Saheb (DB) and also speaks fluent English. His speciality is actually advising Muslim Youth on drugs etc and Mufti Saheb has a lot of knowledge about drugs, addiction, affects and treatment.
