I had been thinking to something similar.
1- Make a windmill using recycleable material (wind map suggests that Punjab is not good place for it (refering to Hall road))
2- Buy polycrystalline & monocrystalline solar cell and connect them together in parallel & series to get the desired voltage, current etc.
3- Parabolic reflective dish to collect sunlight/ heat (be careful, it can cook meat)
4- Use loads to capacitors in series to store power for a short time but that is theoretically have a knock on effect.

I found it shocking to see a UPS kept on charging the car/truck batteries, and they were very warn while the electrolite was actually boiling inside. This kills the life of the battery. Deep cycle battery is the way forward for the UPS.

Comming back to your question. I would advise you to visit
Masjid-e-Shuhada and contact any TJ brothers doing taleem there.
