Thats the ayah he quoted in context. I think the words "dont bother with them" also was not clear enough for some people.

Some of the most beautiful people i have ever met do tableegh. Having spent at least 4 months on jamat myself i can say with certainty none of them call themselves a sect or firka. Sad that a lot of people have no understanding of the work they do.
