23 Year Old Fujian student Shishi Huang was arrested by Guangzhou police for alleged drunk driving
that killed two people and left a trail of six wrecked vehicles.

Huang had earlier participated in the birthday party of a fellow student. In the excitement of excessive
drinking, Huang and friends took to road racing, driving his white Honda at high speed down a narrow city
street.

At about 3:30 pm yesterday, the thrilling road racing came to an abrupt end in front of a local hotel near the
city center. Hwang had hit six vehicles, including motorcycles, taxis and cars causing two deaths.

Hwang was arrested for dangerous drunk driving offenses and has been under criminal detention.
