Default A Century in the Skies, Royal Thai Air Force
02/07/2012 The Bangkok Post

Royal Thai Air Force
teams fly in formation over Don Mueang airport in Bangkok as part of celebrations
to mark its 100th anniversary.

The Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) is also taking part in an airshow at Don Muang Airport, Bangkok,
from 29 to 30 June 2012, at the invitation of the Royal Thai Air Force (RTAF) to commemorate the Centennial
of the RTAF Founding Fathers' Aviation.

An RSAF F-16C fighter aircraft will perform daily solo aerial displays at the airshow, executing manoeuvres such
as the Twisted Inverted Pass, Quadruple Roll and the High-Gravity Turn.

The RSAF's involvement in the airshow underscores the close and long-standing bilateral defence relations
between Singapore and Thailand.

The RSAF and RTAF regularly engage in a broad spectrum of interactions, including exercises and professional
exchanges, which serve to strengthen the understanding and friendship between the personnel of both air forces.
