Assalamualykum,
This was indeed an eye opener. You have just explained to me what my elder brother used to do. I am a teenager and do not know anything. I have tried controlling my gaze but just did not know how to control my thoughts. Can you please give me some pointers on how to control my thoughts and also a few zikr's to do (that u were advised to do) since there is no Ulama in my area that are connected with tasawwuf. I reside in America. Requesting duas
