This article is seems very similar to the one written by Mufti Sajaad from as-suffa.org.

There is a thread in the brothers section that goes into this issue in quite detail, where Mufti Husain elaborates on the rulings of the Madhahib. I think it will be useful to have that thread accessible to everyone here. The unsavoury parts of that thread should be deleted though.

It is the same one as by Mufti Sajjad because it says so at the top that it is by him.
