Du'aa to read for ones parents:

رَبِّ ارْحَمْهُمَا كَمَا رَبَّيَانِي صَغِيرًا
Transliteration: Rabir-ham-huma Kama Rabbayaani Sagheeraa

Translation: Oh my Lord, have mercy upon them both as they brought me up when I was small.

Taken from Suratul-Israa, ayaah 24

وَاخْفِضْ لَهُمَا جَنَاحَ الذُّلِّ مِنَ الرَّحْمَةِ وَقُلْ رَبِّ ارْحَمْهُمَا كَمَا رَبَّيَانِي صَغِيرًا
