Dua' against an enemy:
Transliteration: Allaahumma munzilal-kitaabi, sareeal-hisaabi, ihzimil-'ahzaaba, Allaahumma ihzimhum wa zalzilhum.

Translation: O Allah, Revealer of the Book, Swift to account, defeat the groups (of disbelievers). O Allah, defeat them and shake them. (Sahih Muslim)
