I was reading this in urdu. An attempted translation:

The complete personality with a balanced thought. who is this he-man?

The aspiring and a brave man who deals with western society and its theoretic, invention and its powers like a raw material (or building blocks). And then builds a new structure of power and culture. It is built upon character, taqwa, compassion and justice and one side and on the other side, visible remarkable brilliance, power to invent and innovative thoughts.

He shall not view the western society as unalterable as though it has reached its ultimate and the seal of finality has been stamped, unblemished, unchangeable and there is no alternative but to accept it with its existing deficiencies; unaltered.

But he should view them as different elements and accepting or rejecting them shall be his choice. Then he shall build a structure of a life based on to his own goals, religious beliefs, rudiments, principles and character.
