My Xoom is running on ICS android version 4.0.4. I decided to do a factory reset before updating to ICS, as it was getting a bit laggy from the endless amount of apps I experiment with. Now it runs smoothly without any glitches and combined with the tsf shell/launcher (a bit expensive but well worth the price) it looks pretty nice too.
