There is an all girls medical college in dubai....but that may be too further a field and also travelling restrictions......
I am in a similar but somewhat different situation...i want to study medince but there are restrictions in the country but i am trying my best for something to come up coz this is what i want to do....If all women wore niqab it wouldn't be a problem for those who do and face problems...

Yes Sister,i have heard of that college in dubai,but as with most gulf countries ,they prefer the citizens strongly and your right,there are travelling issues.

Your interested in med studies?thats great..mashAllah but jus get a clear picture of what it ll be like ,where u ll be studyin,workin,the future wit it.ofcourse all is in Allah s hand but planning is also important.when i finished high school,my family asked what i wanted to do,i said 1st -islamic studies...n they kinda laughed n all n said then wat?,so i thought doc is the next close,noble ,direct service to Allah,for my ppl.thats all i had in my mind.my brother warned me its tuff n all but i din listen,i did no survey,nothin(he knows m not the hardworkin kind who ll sit 14hrs n study!)
but i went to college n boom~! wat a surprise i got..all the noble ideas started to fade n i wanted to jus finish! lol..i know that sounds bad but m being honest..the stress is killer,by the 3rd yr, i was like-i jus want my degree n over! ill think abt further studies later!
but neways everyone says -a doc is no good witout an MD...so now everyone is on my case to do MD,n forget everything else.my family is stressed out abt my 'future'.honestly,i wanted to get married,settle down n like i mentioned before,study deen properly,do my pardah in peace but almost evryone is like "no! do ur MD,its imp! marry later...etc etc"

so jus make sure wat ur gettin into n how much ur willin to put in.please don think m discouraging u in any way,m jus sharin my experience.
sometimes i do feel its imp to have lady docs who r good muslims too,n thats where i feel guilty n selfish..

i think this is how i would put it-if you have the taqwa and the will,u ll survive!(i feel i lack both! but mayb inshAllah u have it in u)

may Allah taala guide u to whats best wat for u in both worlds..ameen

yup..it would be soo good to see sisters in niqabs! it would also instantly give a bonding feel.when i see any sister in niqab,i feel like talkin to her,i dono y..but gives s a feelin of "we belong"..ok..but not exactly the niqabi sisters here..i mean like sister soupy said-its not really "hijab",its a weird concept of hijab here-wit a ton of make up! wit the niqab.may Allah give them and us hidaya and istiqamat.ameen
