Jadeed, why be on sunniforum when you should be teaching usool to ulema?

So this logic is ok?

What other nusus should we toss out the window because the 'maqasid over-rides them?' Or because 'modern people suffer a crisis of faith due to such applications?'

How about the penalty for rajm? Sodomy? Hamza already argued that offensive struggle is over-ridden in his Tahawiyyah translation.

How is this 'traditionalism?' Can you answer any of these questions, or is all you have to offer more one-liners?
