I'm not going to attribute to you anything you didn't say, but you should probably answer the questions, or you should stop posting two-sentence nonsense mockery when I'm just posting articles on the incumbency of a ruling that is the ijmaa' of the Sahabah, which Hamza Yusuf wants to throw out of the window because it conflicts with the maqasid. Do you care about the ijmaa' of the Sahabah or not?

Your attitude is disgusting. Hamza Yusuf says something, so he is automatically speaking from the depth of his perfect traditional scholarship, therefore all dissenting opinions are to be discarded and criticism of him is criticism that is out of its league.
